We generally try to carry out service calls every Wednesday. Times will be confirmed a couple of days prior. We understand that your time is valuable so we can be flexible and carry out service calls on other days as time permits. In the case of an emergency, we can come to you within a couple of hours’ notice of your booking (additional charges will apply).

Valet Canberra has over 20 years’ experience in ducted vacuum repairs. We know that there are certain repairs that are too big to be dealt with in the home. By bringing your ducted vacuum system into our fully-equipped workshop, all maintenance repairs can be dealt with in a timely manner. If parts need to be ordered, we will contact you and advise you of the estimated repair date and cost.

Warranty 

Valet ducted vacuum motor units generally have a 5 Year warranty and can be extended by a further 12 months when registered online. This warranty covers the cost to repair faulty parts and workmanship when the unit is returned to our workshop. It does not include the cost of a callout or travel time to your premises.
